The perfect ride for you and your loved ones

The Valletta – Sliema – St. Julian’s tour will take you around the Marsamxett Harbour located between Valletta and Sliema and then along the north coast to St. Julian’s and onwards to the beach at St. George’s Bay, before returning via Sliema to Valletta. Along the way you will see the marina at Msida, the boat repair yards on Manuel Island, the sightseeing boats and cross-harbour ferry in the heart of Sliema and then the road follows the coastal promenade all the way from Sliema along Tower Road to Balluta Bay and Spinola Bay, the traditional terminus of the St. Julian’s bus route since 1920. The bus will then climb into the heart of modern-day St. Julian’s passing the southern edge of the Paceville entertainment area, before the bus runs a circuit round through Pembroke (passing the popular Radisson Blu and Corinthia hotels) before dropping down to the popular sandy beach of St. George’s Bay. The bus then continues past the Dragonara and Hilton hotels before returning to the heart of St. Julian’s to then continue via Sliema to Valletta.

The tour starts from next to the Visit Malta office at the Triton Fountain, right outside the entrance to the city of Valletta. The hop-on hop-off nature of the tour means passengers can also board along the way, returning to Sliema and St. Julian’s later in the day.

No pre-booking is required – just pay the driver on boarding. Cash, credit & debit cards plus Revolut can be used to pay for tickets. Tallinja “Explore Flex” cards are also valid - €2.50 will be deducted per trip undertaken.
